Automation of accounting in ZIK LLC using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

ZIK LLC, the Russian representative office of SICK AG, performs deliveries and service of products of SICK in the territory of Russia, Ukraine and Republic of Belarus. The main activity of SICK AG company development of the difficult "intelligent" sensors and sensor systems intended for automation of production and technology processes. Offers: SICK sensors - autoidentification (Readers of barcodes and 2D codes. Readers of RFID tags. Laser measuring systems) - industrial security (Light barriers. Laser scanners. Electromechanical and Contactless switches. Relay. Controllers. Network solutions) - the Metering equipment (Gas analyzers. Ultra-sonic flowmeters of gases. Dust content measuring instruments. Level meters of loose environments. Analyzers of liquids) Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide all tasks necessary for the enterprise was used. There were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, difficulties when forming production orders. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functions of accounting and management the decision on automation of work of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was made. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project installation and setup of a system were made, user training in workplaces is provided and consulting services in work with a system are rendered. In total 25 jobs are automated and such subsystems as are put into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Cash management;
  • Accounting according to international standards (IFRS);
  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM);
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Purchase management, stocks, sales;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Supply chain management;
  • Purchase planning.

Thanks to implementation the enterprise received the unified information system which allowed to automate all key business processes. The regulated reporting and reports for the management is quicker prepared. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The information warehouse about partners the enterprises with convenient access facilities is automated. There was an opportunity to control and manage orders of buyers, to quickly monitor availability of material in a warehouse, to control profitability of sales. The efficiency of the enterprise in general increased.

Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
