CRM-CMS the solution is from the CRM system configured under the order of FZZS on the Klient-Communicator platform and integrated with a content management system of the website "Click of CMS". As a result the customer receives the website and the CRM system on the basis of the single database.

"The data entered on the website by visitors right there are available to employees in CRM and are processed by analytical systems capabilities. In turn, work of staff of organization becomes right there visible to customers. At the same time copying of data does not happen: The website and the CRM system initially are a single whole, just differently displaying some data on the website and on computers of staff of organization".

FZZS - the state institution which is carrying out expertizes of construction estimates. During implementation of CRM-CMS of the solution on the website the mechanism of customer interaction (applicants) through "personal account" was created. On the website the registered applicant can:

* to issue the order (and to attach to it documents) * to browse the history of orders, their statuses, terms, the debt, etc. data * to interact with the contractor on the course of processing of the order (for example if any additional documentation was required, to attach new files) * quickly to check the status of the conclusion of FZZS (number of the conclusion is entered, and a system shows its status and date of assignment of the status)

For example, the new applicant is registered on the website, specifying data on himself and parameters of the request (or several requests), including attaching a set of document files via the website. The staff of FZZS can start right there in processing of the request: fix responsible, specify terms and perform other working operations. For this purpose at their order different functionality of CRM. Here it is important to note that the card of Order in the CRM program contains much more information, than it is displayed on the website – so much how many it is necessary for the organization of work of employees and formation the analyst.

In regime of the visual designer and without programming it is possible to create new reference books, analytical reports, printing forms, to manage user rights. And CMS of the website allows to manage display of the same information in WEB.
