The Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan region will give health facilities of area of DPC and will connect in network

IVK company announced on May 24, 2013 project completion of creation for a health care system of the Astrakhan region of technical infrastructure.

Basic elements of infrastructure - modern DPC and the geographically distributed data network covering all Astrakhan region connecting DPC with health facilities.

In this solution the first Russian platform created by IVK company for creation of systems with high requirements to security and processing complexity of information is widely used. Thanks to it are provided:

• the guaranteed delivery of data between elements of network even on unreliable telecommunication channels,
• the guaranteed accomplishment of regulations of logical information processing,
• the guaranteed data protection at storage and transfer on open communication lines,
• control of authenticity and integrity of the system and application software.

Besides not only traditional health facilities, but also mobile laboratories, clinics and hospitals can be connected to network (now in the Astrakhan region the mobile units of mass physical examination of the population equipped on platforms of heavy-load cars pass tests).
