The solution accumulates the Electronic tablet and stores data on employees of a cash zone and diagrams of their work. Integration into the cash server allows to control automatically start time and completion of work of each cashier. The senior cashier from the workplace can check the fact of arrival of the specific employee on that cash desk which to it is appointed time of change of the colleague.
Performance monitoring
A system processes, calculates a number of parameters of efficiency of the cashier: scanning speed, a downtime, allows to see the queue length and data on technical condition of cash desks (the worker, there is no contact with the server, in defect, etc.)
Using this information the senior cashier will be able quickly to make the decision on appointment of the employee (for example, to put the cashier with the highest scanning speed on cash desk with the most long queue or to send the additional cashier to free cash desk, expanding a cash line). The possibility of quick reaction on increase in a flow of buyers will allow to reduce the average length of queue at the checkout of hypermarkets by 20%.
Control of working time
A system automatically creates reports on absence from work, delay, defects, unauthorized breaks of cashiers by, both days, and hours that helps to optimize drawing up individual working schedules. Also data from the tablet are used at payroll, allowing to consider the exact time of work.
Additional benefits
"The electronic tablet" is useful not only to senior cashiers. Different reports of a system are used by the head of department of cash desks of hypermarket. Managing directors of hypermarkets have an opportunity to watch a real situation on the cash register line of hypermarket also and at process managers of department of the cash systems of the Coordination center.
