Bukhservice-M automates control over payments and expenses of the enterprises of holding group

Specialists of The First BIT company completed the project on implementation of the industry software solution "BIT. Finance" in BUKHSERVICE-M LLC, the company reported on May 24, 2013.

The First BIT company performed installation of own industry development for management of corporate finances — "BIT .FINANS. Prof". The program was adapted to requirements of the customer. The mechanism of "Tender sheets" is implemented. The system of allocation of costs on objects of lease in proportion to their area is developed and implemented. At the same time this method is completely integrated with a system of accounting of objects of the lease supporting preserving of information on the history of their change.

Result

As a result of automation the possibility of complex control of payments and expenses of all enterprises of group in a common information space appeared. The management reporting was unified based on the reports and interpretations created directly in a system. There was a possibility of separation of all costs for objects of lease with preserving of accounting analytics at the level of the document.

The electronic document management system regarding cost management of the enterprise is implemented and works. Operational adjustments of budgets allow to estimate in real time them on a financial result of the enterprise. Use of the mechanism of dependent turnovers allowed to accelerate formation of BDDS based on created by an income and expense budget.
