The Russian Central Election Commission involves in service of Elections state automated system of the contractor

The Rosservice company announced on May 24, 2013 the fact of execution of contract obligation by it with the Federal center of information at Russian CEC (Central Election Commission), for 2013, on service of the state automated system "Elections" in the Far Eastern Federal District.

Conditions and specifics

Under the terms of the signed public contract, Rosservice renders services in ensuring functioning of complexes of the automation equipment of the state automated system "Elections" (KSA Elections state automated system) located in territories of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, Seaside, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka regions, the Amur, Magadan and Sakhalin regions, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and the Jewish Autonomous Region. The contract includes a range of services on support of functioning of program technical means - from service and repair of the existing equipment, before carrying out large-scale upgrade of Elections state automated system, according to the federal program for its improvement.

Specific Features

"It is possible to refer its exclusive scale to features of this project - it covers the biggest federal district of Russia which occupies more than 36% of all area of the country. Starting obligation fulfillment under the contract, we paid special attention to logistics as territorially serviced points (about 200 complexes of the automation equipment) can separate hundreds of kilometers, and access to them often in addition is complicated by weather conditions. At the moment in addition to scheduled works, specialists of the company finish preparation of new KSA for the uniform voting day", - the project manager of Rosservice Ltd Dmitry Matveev noted.
