Business process automation at the KRASPTM Ltd enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product is complete

The Customer designated a project objective as creation of the unified information system for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activity of the KRASPTM Ltd enterprise and optimization of systems of accounting of control and planning. Originally, the unified information system had to provide the solution of the following tasks:

  • automatic cost accounting;
  • vendor relationship management (order placement, purchase planning, accounting of arrival of Inventories);
  • management of warehouse stocks;
  • data management about structure of a product, a compounding and the cost accounting on production;
  • sales process automation (order placement, sales planning, calculation of normative cost value of orders);
  • the general reduction of labor input and cost reduction of time for obtaining information and acceptance of management decisions.

For a number of reasons, among which price-quality ratio, flexibility and adaptability as a basis of development the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected. At the moment work took place stages: 1. Express inspection 2. Modeling 3. Design 4. Development 5. Implementation 6. Maintenance

During detection of requirements, the information system was finished taking into account specifics of the KRASPTM Ltd enterprise

Specialized forms of the reporting for financial and sales management, department of supply, economic service, control of operational document posting are finished, interfaces of users are developed. And also: 1. Analysis of cost value of release 2. The sheet on batches in warehouses 3. Weight on the friend 4. The scarce sheet by orders 5. Orders 6. Card of delivery of materials to order 7. Naborka of orders in work 8. Report on the contractor 9. Plan of shipment for month 10. Production schedule 11. The Podetalny sheet on a product 12. Summary sheet to order 13. The summary sheet on a product 14. Summary register of orders

According to the results of implementation of an information system, industrial process control improved. A system allows to monitor availability of raw materials, to control regulation on production and the necessary production technology of products. There was an opportunity to plan requirements of the enterprise for raw materials and technical resources. Also there was a possibility of operational obtaining information on the current activity of the company that allows to react timely to all the facing difficulties and most effectively to distribute resources of the enterprise.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Installation and setup of the DBMS server
