Automation of activity of Metallist Ltd using software "1C is complete: Management of proizvodsvenny enterprise 8"

By Metallist Ltd it was founded in 1960, specializes in production of the wires reinforced by a fork of cords, woven brass grids. Production manufactured in Metallist Ltd is applied in the industries of transport and mechanical engineering, power, oil and gas, defense industry, the construction industry.

Earlier the accounting in the company was carried out using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. Many transactions had to be executed manually. Accounting functions were often duplicated, there were errors in accounting. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting operational, production and regulated accounting was made.

As a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely conformed to requirements of the organization was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists.

During the project installation and setup of the program was made, the help at data transfer from other system is rendered, user training in workplaces is provided, consulting and methodological support is given to users. In total it was automated jobs 20 and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Personnel management;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Cash management.

As a result of implementation employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Work of HR department is automated. The convenient mechanism of management of cash flows of the enterprise is implemented. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Individual training at office of the customer
