Automation of activity of TPK SAVA LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The Tomsk production company "SAVA" is founded on April 4, 2000 based on the hothouse Kuzovlevsky complex. The main activities — production of food, cooperation with the enterprises of the food industry. Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide all tasks necessary for the enterprise was used. There were difficulties when forming of the regulated reporting. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functions of accounting and management the decision on automation of work of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was made. The company "1C became the partner in maintenance: The first BIT" (Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists. 1C specialists: The first BIT accompanied the project, giving consulting and methodological support to the staff of TPK SAVA LLC company. Detailed user instructions on work in a system were developed. In total 46 jobs are automated and such subsystems as are put into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Personnel management;
  • Cash management.

As a result load of accountant officers and finance division decreased, performance of their work increased. The regulated reporting and reports for the management is quicker prepared. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.

  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Individual training at office of the customer
