Automation of accounting in Chapayevsky silikat LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

Chapayevsky silikat LLC is the largest brick-works in the Volga region. The silicate plant is founded in 1931. The plant is located on the federal highway Samara-Volgograd. For production of a brick own source of raw materials with the light-burning-down clay of rare color is used.

Earlier at the enterprise used 1C: Accounting 7.7 for maintaining business and tax accounting, and payroll, production and operational accounting was kept in spreadsheets. For the purpose of process optimization of accounting and planning the company management made the decision on implementation of the software product which would allow to automate all key business processes in one information system. When choosing the software the emphasis was placed on an end-to-end system for automation. Also as a selection term served the factor of transparency of accounting and obtaining operational data. The solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as its functionality as much as possible corresponded requirements of the enterprise was recognized optimal.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of production companies became the partner in implementation. During the project training of employees is provided, installation and system deployment in workplaces is made. Works on input of primary data are carried out to a system and modeling based on a standard configuration for the purpose of identification of necessary settings of a system.

In total 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting,
  • Tax accounting,
  • Payroll calculation,
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses,
  • Personnel management,
  • Cash management,
  • Budgeting,
  • Purchase management,
  • Inventory management,
  • Management of retail,
  • Production planning is volume and calendar,
  • Production planning on changes,
  • Purchase planning.

In a project deliverable the enterprise received an end-to-end information system which provided high-quality conducting production and operational accounting, allowed to calculate the salary the production worker, to manage stocks, purchases, retail. Personnel labor productivity increased. The management has reliable information on activity of divisions of the company in all necessary cuts at any moment.

In the nearest future with the help "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is planned automation of the following types of accounting and business processes:

  • Products cost accounting;
  • Sales management.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, function automation is in the future planned:

  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM);
  • Order management in production;
  • Certification of the nomenclature;
  • Production management;
  • Management of repairs;
  • Supply chain management.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
