Automation of accounting in Kompyyuterplaza LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Kompyyuterplaz there is an online store specializing in sale of the equipment of Apple and to accessories to it. In Kompyyuterplaz about 2,000 goods are provided: notebooks, phones, acoustics, e-books and literally thousands of accessories for the equipment from world leaders of this area. Earlier accounting at the enterprise was not automated. There were difficulties during the accounting and purchase planning and orders of buyers. Preparation of the regulated reporting occupied a large number of time and efforts. The information system which would allow to automate accounting and tax accounting, cash management, management and purchase planning, orders, stocks, sales was required.
As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation. During the project program installation was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In
this 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Cash management;
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Vendor relationship management (SRM);
- Order management of buyers;
- Purchase management;
- Inventory management;
- Sales management;
- Sales planning;
- Purchase planning.
According to the results of implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting the regulated and operational accounting. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse and to timely plan supplier orders. Emergence of shortages and regrading is almost excluded. Quicker orders to buyers form. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Further development and maintenance of a system is in the future planned.
