Automation of accounting in Tekhkompleks LLC branch in the Samara region based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
The Tekhkompleks LLC branch in the Samara region (the former Plant on repair of the KBSh rolling stock of railway JSC "Russian Railways") performs production of wheel pairs and sale to their owners of cars providing rail transportation across the territory of Russia and the CIS countries. The plant is located in the industrial zone in 10 km from the city of Samara. Now operate on the plant: workshop of wheel pairs with an annual capacity up to 30,000 wheel pairs, woodworking workshop which specializes in release of joiner's products by piece and serial orders of the organizations and individuals, mechanical repair shop in which different types of the non-standard equipment are made. All products conform to regulatory requirements and instructions of JSC "Russian Railways".
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, accounting of production orders, stock remainders. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.
As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.
At the first stage of the project program installation was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- accounting;
- tax accounting.
As a result the reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. The number of errors in accounting decreased.
Automation of 30 more jobs and start in operation of subsystems for conducting operational and production accounting will become the next stage of the project.
