Automation of accounting in Spetsialnye konstruktsii LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Spetsialnye konstruktsii LLC specializes in design and installation of the systems of security video surveillance of any complexity, control systems of access and a time recording and also service of control systems of access.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at payroll to the employees, management of warehouse stocks, purchases and sales, difficulty with preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting operational and regulated accounting was made. As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.
During the project collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system and consultation on work with a system were made. In total 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel records;
- Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Purchase management;
- Inventory management;
- Sales management;
- Management of retail.
In a project deliverable employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse and to timely plan supplier orders. Emergence of shortages and regrading is almost excluded. Quicker orders to buyers form. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.
