Are complete business process modeling in Bobrov i Kompaniya LLC and the subsequent automation based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

Bobrov i Kompaniya LLC is one of the largest suppliers of floor coverings on the Russian market.

Working since 1997, the company consists of professionals, with extensive work experience in the field of floor coverings that allowed it to be among leaders in the market.

The policy of the company — narrow specialization: only floor coverings, but in a full range and the wide range.

Till 2008 the company successfully used automated information system based on the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product implemented by specialists of Center of Design of Computer Systems LLC company. In January, 2008 the company management made the decision on further development and upgrade of the used information system.

The main requirements imposed to a new system were:

  • planning of the movement of cash flows, formation and control of execution of the payment schedule;
  • cost management;
  • operational formation and analysis of key indicators of activity of the enterprise;
  • obtaining financial statements.

The optimal software product meeting the listed requirements is the flagship product of 1C — 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management.

The next stages of works were completed:

  • development of technical specifications;
  • installation of the software product in workplaces of the customer;
  • user training;
  • input of opening balances in a system;
  • carrying out trial operation.

Based on trial operation the decision on input of automated information system in commercial operation is made from 3/1/09.

Based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" the following sections of work are automated:

  • accounting of warehouse stocks, traffic control of goods in a warehouse;
  • maintaining customer base, analysis of customer relations;
  • monitoring and analysis of a trading activity of the company, price policy;
  • organization of accounting for metrazhny positions;
  • system of operational reservation of goods;
  • cash management, payment schedule;
  • management of retail sales;
  • cost management;
  • purchase management;
  • formations of final financial statements;
  • control system of selling prices, etc.

For obtaining the operational report on the key economic indicators of activity of the enterprise the report "The official report to the head" to which changes according to requirements of technical specifications are made is used.

The implemented information system became the main tool providing interaction of the management, divisions of the company and its clients.

Works within subscription service are at the moment conducted, implementation of a subsystem of budget management is planned.
