Automation of accounting in Toreks LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The Saratov plant "Toreks" specializes in production of simple and elite entrance metal doors more than 22 years. The Toreks LLC company uses in the production the modern equipment manufactured in Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Spain. The production base allows to make more than 2000 doors a day that gives the chance to satisfy any needs of partners and clients for more than 65 regions of Russia and the CIS countries. Warehouse distribution centers of the company are located in the majority of the large cities of Russia and the CIS countries from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.

Earlier at the enterprise several software products between which data exchange was not automated were used. Because of separation of data there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management. Besides, the insufficient functionality of programs did not allow to solve to the client a number of applied problems regarding cost accounting of products, order management in production, payroll calculation to the employees, product data management, vendor relationship management, management of repairs, supply chains. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. As a result company management was priyato the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which functionality as much as possible corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project program installation was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 150 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • Personnel management;
  • Budgeting;
  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM);
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Order management in production;
  • Purchase management;
  • Production management;
  • Management of repairs;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Purchase planning.

Performance improvement of work of employees, order management process optimization in production, purchases, repairs, supply chains, vendor relations became a project deliverable. The enterprise received an end-to-end information system which provided high-quality conducting the regulated, operational and production accounting. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The management had an opportunity to quickly control activity of the automated divisions.

In the nearest future such subsystems as will be put into operation:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Inventory management;
  • Sales management;
  • Management of retail;
  • Supply chain management;
  • Sales planning.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company and automation of functions is in the future planned:

  • Cash management;
  • Accounting according to international standards (IFRS);
  • Certification of the nomenclature;
  • Volume and calendar production planning;
  • Production planning on changes.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
