Automation of accounting in Aleksandrovsky LLC the electrotechnical plant "Rekord" based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

Aleksandrovsky LLC the electrotechnical plant "Rekord" is the plant on production of the electric lighting equipment in Alexandrov of the Vladimir region. From the moment of the organization of a full stroke of production at the plant more than 15 million lamps of different modifications are manufactured. Production areas are more than 25000 sq.m that allows staff of the enterprise in which more than 700 people work, to produce over 250 thousand lamps a month.

Earlier for conducting accounting, tax, operational, personnel records and payroll in the company different information systems were used. Because of heterogeneity of data process of preparation of the regulated reporting took a lot of time. The management did not obtain operational information about the current activity of the enterprise. Production accounting was not automated. Cost value was calculated manually that resulted in difficulties in value assessment of finished goods and pricing of implementation.

Creation of such information system which would cover all main managerial circuits was a main goal of the project: the regulated and inventory accounting, production planning, cost accounting of finished goods, payroll of production personnel, supply.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which recommended to use the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises became the partner in implementation. Requirements for the organization of data transfer from the previous programs, setup of parameters of a system according to requirements of the enterprise and also setup of integration of a system into the program used for payroll were features of a stage of implementation.

During the project user training, installation and setup of a system was provided. At the first stage of the project 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • Personnel management;
  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Order management in production;
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Production management;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Sales management;
  • Sales planning;
  • Volume and calendar production planning;
  • Production planning on changes;
  • Purchase planning.

Already based on the first stage of the project the Customer saw positive changes in the activity. There was an opportunity to plan purchases and sales that led to cost reduction (earlier component parts could "lie too long" in a warehouse) for 3%. Salary began to be calculated quicker. Now, instead of 3 days payroll of production personnel takes 1 day. Exact cost accounting allows to manage pricing flexibly. The management quickly obtains information on activity of the company and can make the justified management decisions.

On the next stage of the project further development of a system according to specific requirements of the enterprise is planned.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
