Automation of accounting in Ltd NPO Russkiye Innovatsionnye Kompleksnye Sistemy based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The Ltd NPO Russkiye Innovatsionnye Kompleksnye Sistemy company specializes in development, production and deliveries of an electronic equipment and also implements complex projects based on the developed solutions. Key activity of the company is development and production of information navigation equipment based on GLONASS/GPS/Galileo technologies, solutions for the systems of a professional radio communication and also implementation of complex projects. NPO RIK-Sistemy locates own engineering and production resources which allow to provide development and implementation of both standard, and individual solutions. For technical support of users the profile service center performing hardware maintenance of NPO RIK-Sistemy and the partner companies is created.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at production management. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. 1C Company became the partner in implementation: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists.

During the project installation and setup of the program was made, user training is provided and consultations are rendered to employees on work with a system. Data transfer from the previous system is performed. In total 6 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation;
• Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
• Production management;
• Order management in production;
• Order management of buyers;
• Production planning on changes;
• Product data management - structure of a product, the production technology.

In a project deliverable it was succeeded to optimize processes of management of orders of buyers. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually, performance of their work increased. The quantity of errors in accounting decreased. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. There was an opportunity to control production processes of date of transmission of materials in production before finished product output. Production processes automatically are reflected in accounting and tax accounting. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, automation of functions is in the future planned:

• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Volume scheduling.

• Individual training at office of the customer
