Automation of accounting in PZhBK Polaris LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

PZhBK Polaris LLC specializes in production and sale of finished metal products: metal barrels and similar tanks. Other types of activity of the company: specialized freight vehicles; a container and packaging from light metals (production); buildings and constructions (construction); taxi; unspecialized freight vehicles; fish and seafood (processing and conservation); foodstuff, drinks in unspecialized shops (retail).

Earlier accounting and tax accounting in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization and also using spreadsheets of Excel, paper carriers. There was no efficiency in accounting, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting. Many transactions had to be executed manually. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the organization. As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected.

During the project specialists of BIT company exercised designer's service, methodological support and consultations to employees on work with a system. In total 3 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting.

As a result load of accountant officers and finance division decreased, performance of their work increased. Quicker reports for the management form. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually.

Further development and maintenance of a system, automation of functions is in the future planned:

  • Budgeting;
  • Personnel records and payroll calculation;
  • Cash management;
  • Product data management - structure of a product;
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Order management in production;
  • Purchase management, stocks, production, sales;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Purchase planning.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Individual training at office of the customer
