Automation of accounting in JSC NZR Oksid based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Federal State Unitary Enterprise Novosibirsky the plant of radio components Oxide is one of large enterprises of Russia on production of the tantalum, niobic, aluminum oxide-semiconductor and objemnoporisty capacitors used in different industries and also electronic instruments and home appliances.
Earlier for accounting at the enterprise "self-written" programs which were not convenient in use and did not provide accomplishment of all necessary accounting and analytic functions were used. There were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, production accounting and accounting of stock balance. The company management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions.
The information system which would allow to automate work of accounting, sales office, department of logistics, a warehouse, finance and planning department was required. For creation of such system the company management selected the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". Functionality of a standard configuration of the program completely corresponded to requirements of the company therefore implementation was decided to perform by forces of the specialists. On system implementation the enterprise asked for the help in project implementation in 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and has the status of Competence Center on production.
Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) organized data transfer from the previous systems, performed initial settings of a system, completion of printed forms of documents, accompanied the project, advising users on all questions arising during implementation. At the first stage of the project 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Inventory management;
- Sales management.
Besides, integration of a system with the client bank system is configured.
Performance improvement of work of accountant officers, warehouse economy, commercial service became result of the first stage of the project. The transparency in accounting increased. The regulated reporting is prepared qualitatively and in time. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually.
Further automation of the following sections and business processes is planned:
- Cash management;
- Payroll calculation;
- Product data management – structure of a product;
- Vendor relationship management (SRM);
- Order management in production;
- Purchase management;
- Production management;
- Products cost accounting;
- Production volume scheduling.

- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
- Data transfer from the previous automation systems
- Individual training at office of the customer
