Automation of accounting in Odintsovskiye Okna LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
The Odintsovo Windows company since 1996 is engaged in production and sale of plastic windows. In assortment of the company as standard white plastic windows, so original models with different options of a decor. All products are made of high-quality environmentally friendly materials. The company works at the market of Moscow since 2003 under the Comfort Windows trademark and by this moment takes the leading positions in the domestic market selling window constructions.
Earlier the accounting in the company was carried out using different information systems, and also using spreadsheets of Excel and paper carriers. The insufficient functionality of programs did not allow to solve to the client a number of applied problems regarding cost accounting of products, order management in production, payroll to the employees. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functions of accounting and management the decision on automation of work of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was made. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation. During the project installation and setup of the program was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. At the first stage of the project 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

Performance improvement of work of employees, process optimization of management of a warehouse, vendor relations and purchase planning became a project deliverable. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The management had an opportunity to quickly control activity of the automated divisions.
In the nearest future with the help "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is planned automation of the following types of accounting and business processes:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting.
Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, automation of function of volume scheduling is in the future planned.
