Optimization of a system of accounting and industrial automation of metalhaberdashery in Moscow Production Association Metallplastizdeliye LLC on a basis "1C:Enterprise 8 is complete. Management of manufacturing enterprise"
Moscow Production Association Metallplastizdeliye LLC is founded in May, 1959 and occupies one of leading places in the market of metalhaberdashery. Sewing accessories, objects of care of hair, objects for needlework and goods of house use enter the wide range of products. The issued nomenclature is widely demanded through the whole country.
In August, 2008 the management of the enterprise made the decision on initiation of the project of industrial automation. Till this period all account at the enterprise was kept in the manual mode which did not allow to receive operational reports on a financial status of the enterprise and to carry out the timely analysis of key indicators of activity. Also manual accounting was resulted by errors and discrepancies in data. As the automation system the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of manufacturing enterprise". The choice for benefit of this software product was performed because the specifics of accounting at the enterprise corresponded to functionality of the standard solution. Competitive price of the software product became one more factor. A choice of the Center of Design of Computer Systems (Moscow) as the partner for project implementation was made on the basis of the analysis of ratings of the organizations implementing software products of 1C Company and being Competence Centers on production. Receiving transparent accounting of material values, cost accounting of each unit of production and to the itemized cost accounting was the main objectives of automation, from the point of view of the Customer.
The next stages of works were completed:
- development of technical specifications;
- installation of the software product in workplaces of the customer;
- user training;
- input of opening balances in a system;
- carrying out trial operation.
Based on trial operation the decision on input of automated information system in commercial operation on platform No. 2 of Moscow Software Metallplastizdeliye LLC of VOS is made from 7/1/09. As a result of implementation the following subsystems were started:
- accounting;
- payroll calculation;
- calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
- personnel management;
- product data management – structure of a product;
- product data management – the production technology;
- purchase management;
- inventory management;
- production management;
- products cost accounting;
- sales management;
- production volume scheduling.
System implementation allowed to obtain quickly information on product cost, to analyze deviations from planned cost and to timely make management decisions that is extremely important in the current economic conditions. Today project works are completed, the agreement of maintenance is signed with the client. It is in the long term going to integrate accounting with other production site for work in a common information space.
