Automation of accounting in Omega-Finance LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
The OMEGA-Finance limited liability company specializes in production of construction materials, the equipment and component parts. Installation, repair and maintenance of the equipment of common industrial appointment, boilers of central heating, production of metal products, machines and component parts, special purpose machinery and equipment, and also construction of buildings and constructions, trade through agents, the software (development, consultation), a business activity and management (consultation). Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at payroll to the employees, management of warehouse stocks, purchases, difficulty with preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting. Production was not automated up to standard. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.
As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.
During the project installation and setup of a system were made, training of employees at jobs is provided and consultations on work with a system are rendered. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel management;
- Product data management – structure of a product;
- Product data management – the production technology;
- Production management;
- Products cost accounting.
As a result of implementation the enterprise received the unified information system for conducting all key business processes of the enterprise. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of warehouse stocks, to control products production costs. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased.
Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise, automation of functions is in the future planned:
- Volume and calendar production planning;
- Purchase planning, sales.
