Automation of accounting in NPO Sinef-Engineering based on Software 1s: Upravleniye proizvodstvennym predpriyatiyem 8 Ltd is complete

Sinef-Engineering is the engineering company of a full stroke which is created in 2003 by a join path in the list of high-class specialists in the field of design, construction and management of large industrial investment projects. Sinef-Engineering proposes complete engineering solutions for chemical industry, production of osobochisty substances, traditional and alternative power engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure construction. The development strategy of the company is connected with expansion of activity in the field of high technologies, including nano and biotechnologies. In addition to solutions in production area, Sinef-Engineering renders to investment projects financial, legal and information support. Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, it was necessary to optimize vendor relationship management processes, to control accomplishment of production orders, to plan purchases of materials and component parts, to manage agreements, to keep account and to prepare the reporting under IFRS. A system which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties was required and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project program installation was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystem is brought into operation:

  • Cash management.

As a result the staff of finance division got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually, performance of their work increased. The quantity of errors in accounting decreased. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, automation of the following sections and business processes is in the future planned: contract management, warehouse, vendor relationship management, preparation of the reporting under IFRS, payroll and personnel records, budgeting, purchase management, etc.

  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
