Automation of accounting in LLC NPP Uralpromtekhcentre based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
LLC NPP Uralpromtekhcentre is formed in 2001. The enterprise specializes in deliveries of the pumping equipment and component parts for the oil and gas industry, power and municipal services. The company delivers pumping units of the Russian production, such as vacuum pumps, screw pumps, GNOM, hydroaccumulators and many other pumps and also pumps for heating systems and hot water supply; for chemical and aggressive fluids, the device for hermetic filling and draining of oil products, counters and filters, the equipment for gas station of gas station, gas station, a column. Uralpromtekhcentre has representations in the largest cities of the Ural region, also in Moscow. NPP Uralpromtekhcentre is a dealer of many industrial enterprises of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Earlier accounting and tax accounting in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. There was no efficiency in accounting, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting. Many transactions had to be executed manually. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. HR records and payroll calculation were not automated. There were difficulties at management of retail. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected, is Competence Center on production and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.
During the project installation and setup of the program was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel management;
- Cash management;
- Vendor relationship management (SRM);
- Order management of buyers;
- Purchase management, stocks, sales.
In a project deliverable load of accountant officers, personnel department and department of payroll decreased, performance of their work increased. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually, especially regarding accounting of trade operations. The management had an opportunity to quickly control activity of the automated divisions. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.

- Data transfer from the previous automation systems
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
- Individual training at office of the customer
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
