Automation of accounting in JSC Penzakholod based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The JSC Penzakholod commercial manufacturing enterprise, specializes in wholesale and retail trade in food. Types of products: tinned meat products, ice cream, frozen goods, groceries, ingredients, additives, spices, refrigerating appliances. Goods and Services: ice cream, retail by fish, Crustacea and mollusks. Retail by ice cream and the frozen desserts. Other retail by foodstuff in specialized shops, canned meat, fish salty, smoked, fish fresh-frozen, retail by fish, Crustacea and mollusks.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties when accounting production operations, forming orders of buyers. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project program installation, transfer of reference books from 1C: Accounting 7.7 was made, the client bank is configured, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. At the first stage of the project 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Sales management;
  • Sales planning.

According to the results of implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting the regulated and operational accounting. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. Quicker orders to buyers form. The management quickly receives reports on results of activity of commercial service. Service quality of buyers increased.

In the nearest future such subsystems as will be put into operation:

  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Order management in production;
  • Production management;
  • Management of repairs;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Volume and calendar production planning.

Further development and maintenance of a system, automation of accounting and tax accounting, payroll calculation, personnel management, by purchases, stocks, supply chains, vendor relations, planning processes of sales is in the future planned.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
