Automation of accounting in Moscow Factory of Wet Towel Wipes LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

Moscow Factory of Wet Towel Wipes Ltd since 2006 is engaged in production of wet towel wipes for the Russian market. The enterprise is certified as the producer of hygienic, children's, economic, automobile wet towel wipes and also napkins for intimate hygiene and napkins for animals. Production includes all technology processes, beginning from cutting of material and section of preparation of solution of impregnation to packaging lines and warehouse for finished goods.

Earlier at the enterprise production accounting was not automated. The information system which would allow to organize operational accounting of production was required, to control quality of finished goods on existence/lack of defects, to calculate cost value of finished goods and profitability of production. As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project program installation was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Purchases (supply), including: order placement to suppliers, purchase planning, settlement with suppliers;
  • Production, including: data management about structure and structure of a product, a compounding, the cost accounting on production, cost accounting, production volume scheduling, accounting of production orders.

As a result of implementation the enterprise received the unified information system for conducting the regulated, production and operational accounting. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor availability of materials in a warehouse, to manage flexibly pricing and to control profitability of sales. A set of managerial reports allow the management to control activity of the company quickly. Further development and maintenance of a system is planned.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
