Automation of accounting in NMK LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

NMK LLC specializes in production and sale of bathroom furniture. Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at payroll to the employees, management of job order production, difficulty with preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting operational, production and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation.

During the project installation and setup of a system, data transfer from the previous program was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • Personnel management;
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Sales management;
  • Management of retail.

In a project deliverable employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse and to timely plan supplier orders. Emergence of shortages and regrading is almost excluded. Quicker orders to buyers form. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased.

Further development of a system, automation of sections of production accounting such as is in the future planned:

  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Order management in production;
  • Certification of the nomenclature;
  • Production management;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Volume and calendar production planning;
  • Production planning on changes.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
