Automation of accounting in Montazhotdelstroy LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The Montazhotdelstroy limited liability company specializes in construction of buildings and constructions. Carries out construction, installation and other works by a contract and economic method.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at payroll to the employees, management of warehouse stocks, purchases, difficulty with preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting. Production was not automated up to standard. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT" (Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists. Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" accompanied the project, giving methodological and consulting support to employees. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation.

As a result of implementation employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.
