Legion (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

To Legion LLC it is provided by supermarket chain in Irkutsk. At the moment the network contains more than 10 supermarkets. Main fields of activity of the company: wholesale and retail, production of food.

Due to the production expansion the Legion company purchased the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. The choice of this solution for the company was based on the following factors: an opportunity to use advantages of a modern software platform and solutions combining not only accounting functions, but also a management system for sales. The combination of these opportunities in the single database provided economy of resources and fall forward of response to a situation. 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 supports conducting operational and management accounting, allows to create and use a common information space. The partner in automation selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which proved as the reliable partner in the market of IT services of the Irkutsk region.

All works on implementation and commissioning of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were performed by forces of IT service of Legion LLC. In a work progress the following subsystems were implemented:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• Cash management;
• Order management of buyers;
• Vendor relationship management;
• customer relationship management.

As a result of implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in Legion LLC company management received a flexible modern system, in a common information space the main directions of accounting are automated. Thanks to it operating time of employees was reduced by accomplishment of routine transactions, the quantity of errors many times decreased when conducting accounting and operational accounting. The management had ample opportunities for the analysis, planning and flexible management by resources of the company.
