The ODIS group is the large diversified holding covering the Republics of Mari El, Chuvashia and Tatarstan. More than 70 enterprises working in different fields of activity are its part: to retail trade, the food industry, hotel and entertaining business, in the field of housing and communal services and public catering. The group allocates considerable funds for support of non-commercial projects and charitable foundations, orphanages and educational institutions.
Strategic success of group is defined by quality of resource management that it is especially difficult to perform at geographically distributed structure and existence of a large number of the child organizations. The management of ODIS Group made the decision to automate this process using the specialized systems among which several software products of the famous developers were considered.
Automation of key processes of group was entrusted a tandem of CPM-and the Prestima+DIRECTUM ECM systems. The choice of complete solutions was promoted by a full-fledged covering the Prestima system of budgeting tasks and managements of finance and also the organization of interaction and management of documents using DIRECTUM. Sales opportunity of problems of management accounting on a single platform (IS-Builder) became important advantage that significantly simplifies their use, integration and support.
The preliminary analysis of business processes of group revealed the main directions of automation: Budget management: income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget), balance estimation, budget of cash flow ' (BCF)', including long-term and short-term planning; Management of treasury; Consolidation of accounting records of group; Management of investment projects; Contract management of lease, leasing, credits and loans; Creation of the KPI system (key performance indicators): investments, primary activity, personnel; Int' 'an egration with the accounting systems of the companies, systems "Bank Client", IBS Trade House and so forth.
Implementation of systems will take place in two stages, originally automation will concern processes of budgeting and management of finance, consolidation of data from the accounting systems in Prestima.
