Leleka step by step goes to full-scale EDMS

The Soft Xpansion company completed the first stage of implementation of electronic document management for TD "Leleka" on the platform of the Docsvision system, the press service of developer reported on May 30, 2013.

Start

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of the information system automating both work with documents, and interaction of employees at approval of the regulating documentation and the solution of production tasks. Among EDMS considered within preparation for the project, specialists of the company selected Docsvision as the most full meeting the modern requirements and trends.

Job

The basic functionality of management of documents is implemented and brought into operation less than in 2 months. Within the first stage the contractor executed development of the infrastructure project, system deployment in a test environment and on the enterprise platform.

A system is customized under specifics of work of the customer, integrated with an IT environment of the enterprise. User training is provided.

Result

Soft Xpansion completed the first stage of the project. As the platform of the solution the document management system and business process automation of Docsvision 5 is used.
