Saratov Refinery completed SAP implementation of HCM

I-Teco companies [1] (file) and EVOLA [2] (file) completed implementation of basic control functions by personnel at Saratov Refinery, TNK-BP subsidiary company.

The project of automation was implemented within replication of the corporate standard of personnel management based on the SAP solutions HCM developed and implemented on TNK-BP affiliated enterprises.

Implementation covered problems of business process automation of personnel records, an organization structure, a time recording, payroll for 1800 employees of the plant. The local features of the company which are beyond the corporate standard of TNK-BP that expanded functional project scope a little were revealed and considered.

Now a system is put into productive operation, training of employees is provided.
