It is no secret that activity of each employee influences work of all company therefore for the competent organization of work of personnel in popular network of fast cafes "Crumb Potato" activity of personnel department is automated using a popular configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

At automation of personnel records in the company the standard type of a configuration, however in the course of fine tuning of the program under specific needs of the organization was used, chaotic attempts to configure and finish a configuration under themselves were carried out. All this led to the fact that in base "1C: Payroll and management 8" updates were hard and long executed, and work of a configuration began to be followed by different errors of technical character that significantly complicated work of users with the program.

For the solution of these problems, the decision to analyze the made completions of a configuration and to refuse whenever possible them was made. So to bring closer base "1C: Payroll and management 8" to standard functionality. As outlets of Crumb of Potato are not only in Moscow, but also across all Russia, in the regional companies the ZUP configurations were also used. They also had the unique completions. After the "Moscow" configuration was unified, in terms of standard functionality. The task to bring regional bases into accord to the selected uniform standard was set for the staff of Aviant company.
