History
2024: Attracting ₽117 million investments
In August 2024, it became known that the Russian company Mostostroy-11 attracted ₽117 million investments to further develop its digital platform MStroy. These funds were provided as part of grant support for the Skolkovo Foundation, which became part of the implementation of the national project "Digital Economy." The total cost of the project for the creation and implementation of the platform exceeds ₽237 million, and most of the investment was aimed at optimizing processes in the construction industry using advanced technologies.
According to the Skolkovo press service, the MStroy platform is designed to manage construction projects based on data analysis and the use of artificial intelligence. This solution allows construction companies to more effectively monitor the performance of work, predict possible risks, such as delays and cost overruns, and minimize time and resource costs. The implementation of this platform has already led to a 10% increase in developer productivity and revenue over the past three years.
MStroy offers unique opportunities for centralized data storage and processing, which significantly speeds up access to up-to-date information on construction progress, project status, budget and work schedule. This allows managers to make better decisions based on operational data, and ordinary employees to save time on reporting and documentation approval.
MStroy became the first dedicated digital platform for the road industry. Grant support for Skolkovo made it possible to successfully implement it at real Mostostroy-11 facilities. The positive economy proven in the project from implementation helped MStroy to scale into dozens of infrastructure construction companies throughout the country, "said Yuri Khakhanov, director of science-intensive technologies and innovation economics for the urban environment of the Skolkovo Foundation.[1] |
