Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" works on automation of activity of JSC KOKS company using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and industry solution of "BIT .FINANS" are carried out. As a result the reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Thanks to implementation of "BIT:FINANS" employees got rid of need of paper approval of all budgets, requests for an expense. Accountant officers got rid of need of work with managers regarding daily providing reports on cash flow. The transparency of a cash flow and accuracy of the data increased. There was a possibility of fast consolidation of data at the expense of the uniform standard of analytics on all organizations of group. Need of transfer of documentation from other programs disappeared – all work in one system. The number of errors in accounting decreased. The efficiency of the enterprise in general increased.

KOKS Group is vertically integrated business structure specializing in production of commodity cast iron and also in production and processing of the coked coal and iron ore. KOKS Group is the largest world exporter of cast iron and also the largest supplier of commodity coke in Russia. The main operational divisions of KOKS Group are the divisions "Coal", "Coke", "Ore and Cast Iron", the Division of powder metallurgy. The capital production assets of Group are in the Kemerovo, Belgorod and Tula regions of the Russian Federation.

The decision on transition of the main accounting system of JSC KOKS to the 1C Platform was not a lung as for long-term work of the enterprise as management of information technologies was tens of software products all aspects of work of staff of plant management and warehouse economy automating already practically are written. Everything would seem well, software products are written only under needs of the enterprise. In them nothing superfluous there is also everything that is necessary! But the problem crept as always imperceptibly. That notorious "total cost of ownership" (Total Cost of Ownership — TCO) software products became too big. If at a stage of implementation of software products of costs for them looked considerably smaller, than purchase of boxed solutions of well-known companies (it is necessary to add still that many programs had no analogs at the time of their development at all!), now costs for management and support became much higher than possible options of use of drawing solutions of world famous firms of developers. There was it because of the fact that with time in connection with staff rotation in management of IT there were software products support of which to be engaged there was simply nobody simply nobody. At the same time losses (real or possible) from failures in operation of the IC became too big.

Was not understanding the general concept of an information system and development was conducted locally on different blocks by orders of separate divisions that led to the fact that the general system was not viable.

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" was carried out by works on inspection of business processes of the Customer then the decision on implementation of standard functionality of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" with development of additional opportunities of the departments of Product sales and "Management of coal deliveries" automating work was made. After that at the same time works on implementation of standard functionality on blocks of the Inventory control, Money, BU and NU and development on control blocks as coal deliveries and Product sales began.

Use Oracle DBMS and the organization of interaction with third-party the software product - ONYX became the main feature of implementation (it is the program for interaction with the Russian Railway). This interaction allowed to obtain data on the cars shipped for JSC KOKS with coal right after the beginning of their movement. And after coke shipment to buyers exchange with ONYX allows to transmit without duplication information to customers through an information system of the Russian Railway.

Deep and detailed setup of user rights with the organization of a large number of interfaces and roles became also interesting feature of implementation.

On each block were carried out training of employees of the Customer in in advance written instructions with obligatory certification. Users got access to working base only after certification delivery.

Warehouse complex, financial activities, procurement process of coal and product sales, accounting and tax accounting.

1. The main effect from implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management in consolidation of many divisions of the organization in one information system that considerably increased the accuracy of the transmitted data and its efficiency. The department of accounting does not need to duplicate bringing in information in bases any more. Especially accounting when obtaining tax registers, forming which was especially manual case earlier concerned notable change. Now all tax accounting gathers automatically from an information system that many times increases the accuracy and efficiency of information provided in state bodies that allows the enterprise to reduce risks of financial losses by penalties.

2. Also considerably the risks connected with failure of information systems and time of their recovery due to use of standard software products and involvement of specialists in them decreased.

3. The set-up time of the regulated reporting decreased twice

4. By two-three times process of approval of payments for the account of use of a system of electronic treasury based on BIT:FINANS accelerated. Now there is no danger of emergence of cash gaps due to strictly control and use of payment schedules (financial plans of divisions). Also it is the mechanism allows to save money due to redistribution of payments and reduction of use of borrowed funds.

5. In the course of implementation the task of normalization of the reference book of the nomenclature was solved that led to reduction of inventory stocks by 5% at the expense of an exception of errors at the order and receipt of Inventories.

6. Thinly configured user rights allowed to differentiate accurately information between the staff of the Company that increased the level of preserving of confidential information.

7. The full stroke of cash management from planned budgets of cash flow before the actual execution of payments in a system "Bank Client" is automated

Work of financial service changed towards control and strategic planning from mechanical collection of information on necessary payments, a set of payment orders and manual exchange with the client banks. Now payment orders form on the basis of requests for a funds expenditure which make the CFD in the program and approve a necessary circle of people.
