In Russia more jewelry boutiques FreyWille, than in any other country are open, - today them 21, and they are dispersed in several cities. Of course, for management of such network the automated system created on the basis of the checked and reliable software products is necessary. For this reason the management of the Russian representative office of FreyWille, at first having automated accounting based on 1C, decided then to implement products of 1C at managing office and in the retail – actually in boutiques. As the contractor of the project it was invited by "1C Architect of business", having deserved reputation of the reliable partner in the market of complex automation of trade enterprises. And here, by the beginning of May the initial stage of the project is completed.


Specialists of "1C Architect of business" created a reliable complex from the powerful software product of "1C: Trade Management 8" (strategic planning and management accounting) and industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Jewelry store" (sales management in shop and operational planning). Jobs of cashiers in shops were equipped modern Posiflex KS-7215G terminals. The screen of these terminals is "frameless", as at tablets.


For acceleration of data transfer from Excel in "1C:Enterprise 8" specialists of "1C Architect of business" created special processing. It allowed to avoid manual entry of information and not to make mistakes and admissions at transfer. Also processing for loading of receipts from the supplier according to the document "Goods receipt note" was written.


In May specialists of "1C Architect of business" will continue creation of a system of trade accounting. For now the staff of FreyWille with pleasure uses also other company services of "1C Architect of business". At the end of April they attended a document flow seminar at which automation of office-work it was lit both from the contractor, and from project orderers.
