The North Caucasian regional center Ministry of Emergency Situations prepares jobs for managers

The Sirius company completed the works in the project of complex IT and infrastructure equipment of the building of Interregional Crisis Management Centre of the North Caucasian regional center Emercom of Russia in Pyatigorsk, the company reported on June 4, 2013.

Result

The center of interdepartmental interaction is intended for the organization of work of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian Federal District and the commission chairman for emergencies of the district for development of the management decisions directed to warning and emergency response with the subsequent report to the president.

The ODS hall consists of 13 automated jobs. Available:

• VIDEOCONFERENCING (the system of a video conferencing) to which operators of services of Emercom of Russia and other departments (EDDS, fire divisions) are connected;
• loudspeaker communication;
• telephone communication;
• access to a local computer departmental area network of Emercom of Russia;
• Internet access.

The display system of information allows to bring from jobs information resources to 6 television panels that optimizes work of ODS on development of offers for decision-making on warning and liquidation of emergency.

The applied calculation tasks allow to perform a preliminary estimate of scales and the nature of the arising emergencies, coordination of actions of forces and the funds raised for liquidation of these situations.
