It is necessary to create virtual allocated channels of Ethernet for the organization of a voice communication, video conferences and transfer of a streaming video, work with databases online and other telecommunication services with a data exchange rate from 64 kbps to 1 Gbps.

VPN

According to the tender documentation, AKADO Telecom it is necessary to create a virtual private network of the second/third level using which the protected corporate network will be built, high safety of information transfer, file sharing and messages in network is ensured, access to corporate information Web servers is created, the IP telephony and a video conferencing is set.

Without limit

In addition the operator should provide to objects of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs service of high-speed Internet access without restriction of volume of traffic and service of access to a TV and radio broadcasting communication network with the uninterrupted mode of giving of a signal.

Technical actions should be completed until the end of 2013.

The cost of the contract - 69,848,800 rub.

2014: Project Continuation

On March 12, 2014 the JSC COMCOR company announced the beginning of provision of services of telecommunication to divisions of Head department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across Moscow.

According to the contract signed according to the results of an open competition, the telecommunication corporation will organize for the customer the selected digital channel with the maximum capacity 622 Mbit, virtual allocated channel of Ethernet capacity to 10 Gbit, a virtual private network (VPN) for the IP-telefonii organization, video conferencings and providing high degree of security at information transfer. The contract provides rendering services of Internet access.

The duration of the contract until the end of 2014. The cost of works is more than 104 million rubles.
