"SMART Diagnostics" implements technologies of automation of accounting

1C Company: The first BIT automated accounting and tax accounting in the diagnostic center of magnetic resonance imaging SMART implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine software product, the press service of integrator reported on June 6, 2013.

Background

Earlier accounting services of the center manually filled out documents, used spreadsheets for data collection and processing. Labor-intensive process - the quality of reports suffered. For the purpose of accounting work optimization the administration made the decision to purchase the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine program.

1C Company acted as the partner in an implementation project : The first BIT. They performed installation of a system, provided user training.

Result

The information field for receiving and information processing is created that facilitates collecting and data analysis. The variety of ready report forms simplifies filling of documents. Functions of autocheck and autoreminders guarantee quality and submission due dates of reports. The accountant's labor costs significantly decreased.

Control of execution of processes increased. The management can quickly browse reports on financial and economic activity of the enterprise, reveal deviations from plans and forecasts, to build the competent strategy of management. Control of accounting transactions allows to reveal the hidden reserves of the company.
