The network of pet-shops of Dinozavrik is a huge choice of goods in combination with a format of supermarket, convenient for buyers, provides our unconditional leadership in the field of retail. Skilled staff, own veterinary drugstore, aquarian departments, four-footed and feathery pets – all this Dinozavrik supermarkets.


Project Tasks:


A system which could synchronize accounting of nine shops in uniform base was required for the customer. Besides, it was necessary to select the solution with support of multicorporate accounting for several legal entities.


Project Steps:
The project of automation is implemented on the basis of the software product "by DALION: Management of shop. The missile defense" (a specialized accounting system for network supermarkets) and "1C: Accounting 8.CORP".


When choosing the contractor of the project the management of Petmarket LLC considered also other offers. Specialists of "1C Architect of business" at once carried out job evaluation, including the analysis of jobs of cashiers, and provided the detailed project description of system implementation of automation with the cost of each transaction. Such qualified approach to case also inclined the choice of the customer for benefit of "1C Architect of business". In total using specialists of "1C Architect of business" nine shops were automated.



In the list of the works performed on the project it is possible to note the following:

  1. transfer of reference books, the prices and a remaining balance from the former systems trade and accounting;
  2. installation and setup of software products with the subsequent user training to work with programs;
  3. system testing and data exchange between "Dalion: Management of shop" and "1C: Accounting 8".


In some shops during implementation of a new system need of carrying out additional staff briefing appeared: for example, on printing of labels and price labels, on input of delivery notes and removal of indications from cash desk. And experienced specialists of "1C Architect of business" always came to the rescue of beginning users.



After automation in shops acceptance and accounting of goods considerably accelerated, it became easy to control warehouse stocks and to reveal products, the most demanded at buyers.
