Our enterprise uses the software product for automation of power sales activity of "AS of Energo.UPEL" since 8/1/2012.
Being power supply company, our enterprise observes the regulatory legal acts regulating power sales activity. This software product meets the main requirements of Government decree No. 442 and our requirements.
"AS of Energo.UPEL" automated work of the following departments of our enterprise:
- Economical department;
- Sales office;
- Accounting department.
In daily work the sales office uses possibilities of interfaces of the Management of Contractual Relations and Management of Implementation of the Electric Power program for:
- registration of agreements of subscribers in a system;
- printings of agreements using models of agreements in the .doc format;
- registration of requests for planned consumption and comparison with the actual consumption;
- calculation of the amounts of advance payments; calculation of the amounts of the consumed electric power proceeding from volumes;
- exposure of advance payments, accounts and implementation and printing using processing "Group printing of documents" and correction of implementation;

The sales office uses the following functionality of the program:
- Calculation of hourly consumption of electrical energy;
- Input of the hourly stated volumes under agreements;
- Application of different algorithms of calculation depending on the nature of consumption, a price zone and a price category;
- Formation of documents of calculation of the consumed electric power and documents on accounting (the invoice, the account, the act) and the purchase ledger and sales;
- Calculation of cost of power to the subject payment;
- Carrying out recalculation and correction of implementation; On the basis of the entered data service of implementation of the electric power and contractual department, the program creates documents of calculation according to which the accounting department performs postings and makes formation of the tax and regulated reporting. The present possibility is reached due to joint work of modules of power sale and accounting in the single database.
