Doctype Document Services
Services Doctype Document Services] allow to provide electronic document management with usual self-sufficiency of traditional paper document flow due to investment of electronic documents with signs of paper documents; unify and simplify procedures, connected with creation, modification, consolidation and transformation of documents; automate the actions connected with marking and identification of documents.
The Doctype Document Services methods are intended for formation and adding of stamps to documents, implementations of the identifying information in a document body (marking of documents), trackings of location of paper documents on a barcode, automatic to identification of documents, auto eject of metadata of documents, adding of the list of signatures to the existing documents, acceleration and simplification of development of reports.
The Doctype Document Services is implemented in the form of a set of web services and integrates a set of the methods available to use of any program systems irrespective of their platform via the firewall under the HTTP protocol and includes means:
- convertings of documents from one format in another;
- conversions of documents of a PDF format to images;
- adding of images in the PDF documents;
- adding of the formatted text in the PDF documents;
- associations of the documents DOCX or PDF of formats;
- generation of linear and two-dimensional barcodes;
- decoding of linear and two-dimensional barcodes.
