Specialists of 1C-Rarus company automated the company offering hairdresser's services and sale of specialized means of cosmetics, system implementation "1C: Trade Management 8", the company integrator reported on June 7, 2013.
Task
The salon needed quality improvement of customer service and simplification of settlings with suppliers. The company management "A priori" made the decision on use of a modern automated system.
When choosing the program were guided on:
- sales management and deliveries;
- sales planning and purchases;
- order management of buyers;
- customer relationship management;
- price analysis and management of price policy;
- monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.
Job
Selected "1C: Trade Management 8. Basic version". For project implementation of automation invited specialists of 1C-Rarus company, they executed program installation, connected the scanner for goods, trained the staff of studio in work in a system.
Results
The solution "1C: Trade Management 8" helped to automate settlement with suppliers, order placement to suppliers, order placement of buyers, calculation of normative cost value of orders, pricing, price lists, management of warehouse stocks.
