"Weathervane Sale" is the software package intended for automation of work of sales representatives, supervisors and heads including in the organizations having a regional distributed network of distribution of goods.
Aiming
Mobile trade of "Weathervane Sale" is intended both for large, and for small participants of the market of distribution of goods and allows to automate trade in any kinds of products: household chemicals, food, cigarettes, alcohol, auto accessories, and so on.
Functionality
"Weathervane Sale" automates the following processes:
Mobile trade of Android (smartphones and tablets)
- collecting of orders: preorders (Pre Selling) and trade from wheels (Van Selling);
- providing operational information to the sales representative about existence of products in warehouses (taking into account the orders collected by other sales representatives), costs of products, the history of relationship with outlets;
- acceptance of money by the sales representative by means of the module "Collection";
- on-line transfer of the order in the accounting system of the enterprise for GPRS, 3G channel (or to any other channel the Internet);
- integration about 1C, Parus, MS Dynamics or other accounting system without configuration change;
- convenient and fast application interface for smartphones and tablets on Android.
Control of sales representatives
- control of work of sales representatives with use of GPS and display on the map of all places of submission of the order by the sales representative;
- display on the route map of the movement the sales representative (tracking);
- report "Where sales representatives";
- time supervision of work of sales representatives;
- use of photoreports as proofs of a visit of the sales representative;
- task of scenarios of work of sales representatives;
- fast and convenient exchange of free text messages using the module "Group Work";
- the panel of indicators allowing to estimate visually work of sales representatives.
