Bank of BELVEB completed implementation EDMS "Electronic DELO" in April, 2012 with participation in an implementation project of the company of Ltd company "Electronic DELO", the press service of developer reported on June 10, 2013.

According to the results of market research of solutions the management Bank of BELVEB made the choice in advantage EDMS "Electronic DELO" (on the platform EDMS "CASE").

Start

In July, 2011 implementation began. Specialists of Elektronnoye DELO LLC company conducted examination of internal processes of bank, studied with the guide and an organization structure, studied the operating technology of management of documents. The analysis of the acquired information became result of the done work: formalization of business processes on management of documentation in the organization, development of suggestions for improvement of the existing technology and also justification of need and development of offers on use of EDMS in the organization.

During trial operation by users of a system were both employees of central office, and employees of regional departments and payment processing center. In setup of a system, job descriptions of employees of bank, the instruction of users, required changes were made.

Operation of the solution is begun in April, 2012.

Result

Project implementation allowed bank to centralize office-work and to transfer document flow to an electronic form, to accelerate process of passing of documents, to strengthen control and performing discipline.
