Baltiysky leasing Group and SAP announced on June 10, 2013 end of the first stage of creation of a single managerial system on the basis of SAP solutions. The contractor in the project Atlantconsult company.

Readiness

In recent years Baltiysky leasing Group actively develops the retail direction. Only the reliable information system having a sufficient stock of scalability could support this growth. Before the existing software platform did not meet requirements of growth of the company. Operational obtaining the management reporting, systematization of business processes which would allow to control all fields of activity of the company at the increasing volumes of work with clients was the main task of implementation of a new system.

As a result, the management made the decision to implement a single information platform optimal on quality and cost. SAP products for automation of all main business processes of the company (SAP ERP), customer relations (SAP CRM), and the business analyst were selected (SAP BI, SAP BusinessObjects). The Atlantconsult LLC company acted as the contractor of the project.

History

The list of works of the first stage of implementation included automation of treasury and customer relations on the SAP CRM platform. At the second stage it is going to automate all process of maintaining leasing transactions in the company on the SAP ERP platform.

The first stage started in May, 2012. In its framework in 7 months the SAP solution CRM, including the single database of clients was implemented. Requests for leasing, agreements of the leasing transaction (deliveries, insurance, guarantees, etc.), treasury, budgets and the reporting were automated. In a project deliverable of Baltiysky leasing Group it turns out:

  • Control a precontracted work of managers with clients;
  • Carry out the accounting of all clients of the company in an information system irrespective of whether agreements were signed with them or not;
  • Begin to use tools of active sales in work;
  • Exercise automatic budget performance monitoring;
  • Receive the operational management reporting.

"As a result of deployment of SAP applications, the company had an opportunity of business process optimization. Thanks to flexibility and scalability of the platform, requirements of automation of all directions of the universal leasing company began to be satisfied fully. The stock of technology durability, so necessary in current plans of the company on development of the retail direction is received", - Georgy Fedorov, the head of department of information technologies of Baltiysky Leasing Group emphasized.

The second

In March, 2013 the second stage of the project according to the results of which construction of a single managerial system of the company in which 100 users of SAP ERP, 400 users of SAP CRM and 40 users of SAP BusinessObjects will work will end began. Baltiysky Leasing Group will implement solutions for automation of such business processes as agreements of leasing, calculation of repayment schedules, development of the block of agreements of the leasing transaction (deliveries, insurance, guarantees, etc.) and also accounting and control of accomplishment of financial transactions, fixed asset accounting, the reporting, etc.
