In May, 2014 the BARS Group company brought to the market the updated software package "BARS. Rural economy Agriculture". The solution performs functions of the monitoring center and also includes accounting systems and reportings. Heads of the industry ministries and departments receive tools for control in real time of performance indicators of use of farmlands by each agroeconomy and also obtaining the summary reporting and planning.
According to developers, "BARS. The rural Economy Agriculture" provides creation of land information fund of the region. It represents the single database containing data about the used and empty sections, their owners, the history of cultivation of fields (with indication of the grown-up cultures, the applied fertilizers, structure of soils, productivity, etc.), economic performance indicators.
"The solution allows agrofarms to increase quality of agromanagement and production processes at the expense of instruments of centralized accounting, monitoring, the analysis, forecasting and planning. The data received using a system become a basis for the analysis and planning of agrochemical actions, a crop rotation and cost efficiency of farmlands" — told in the company.
According to BARS Group, in "BARS. Rural economy Agriculture" approach of exact agriculture which assumes inventory of lands and monitoring of an agrochemical status of soils both by traditional inspection, and using remote sensing is used. GIS technology and the multidimensional analysis provide the accuracy of data retrieveds and tracking of dynamics of changes. Also geoinformation module allows to perform monitoring of transport and special equipment, to combine data retrieveds with data on fields, the land plots, infrastructure facilities and the carried-out works. Further the compiled information is displayed in a type, convenient for perception — on the multilayer interactive map which is available on a desktop of the operator and in mobile application of the head.
In general thanks to a new solution operating and exact control of holding agrotechnical, sowing and harvest actions, planning of a crop rotation and forecasting of productivity is provided. At the same time the ability to integrate data of a system "is provided by BARS. Rural economy Agriculture" in information systems of state control bodies and management and also with open data of Rosreestr within interdepartmental interaction.
