The Semeyny shop automates commodity and production accounting

The ClientSoft company automated a minimarket Family the software solution "DALION: Management of shop. The missile defense", the press service of integrator reported on June 11, 2013.

By the beginning

The decision on automation matched plans of the customer for re-equipment of shop in a minimarket of the self-service format. In ClientSoft company the customer received the unrolled commercial offer with the detailed description of the proposed hardware-software solution.

Implementation

The solution is based on the software of a class a back office "by DALION: Management of shop. The missile defense" for conducting commodity, production accounting and the software of a class the front office "Frontol. Trade" for work of cashiers. Sales and commodity accounting are conducted in different information bases offline. Data exchange between systems is implemented according to regulations.

Works in the project were carried out parallel to construction and finishing works in shop. The contractor had enough time - thoroughly and "without haste" to carry out commissioning and to prepare personnel of the Customer for start of a system.

Within the project are executed:

• Purchase of the software, retail and computer hardware;
• Installation and setup of a hardware and software system in workplaces of cashiers, the merchandiser, the storekeeper, setup of data exchange between them;
• Installation and setup of network scales with printing of labels;
• Setup of connection of trade scales to the cash program "Frontol. Trade";
• Setup of a data collection terminal;
• Connection of a system of event video control of CHEK TV;
• User training to work in an automated system (cashiers, the merchandiser, the managing director)

A system is brought into operation at the end of May. The automated jobs are created 4.
