Electronic document management in Seven Days publishing house begins with elections

The Seven Days publishing house started large-scale system implementation of electronic document management of "Etla" with participation of specialists of Nova-Group company, the press service of publishing house reported on June 11, 2013.

Previously

Till 2013 at head office "Publishing house" document flow employees of IT department partially automated Seven days, but the significant volume of documents addressed in paper form. High costs made relevant a problem of implementation of complex EDMS.

Difficult choice

As a basis of a system solutions were considered: "Etla" from Atlas Soft, Logician of ECM (ex-BOSS-Referent) from Business Logic 2.0 (IT Group), Docsvision from DocsVision, Thesis from Haulmont. In an analysis result of functionality and scaling options IT department and company management stopped on the system of the electronic document and management business of processes of "Etla".

Objectives

It is expected that at the expense of system implementation tasks of automation of organizational and administrative document flow (outgoing/incoming letters, orders, statements, memos), a contracted work, to creation of archive of electronic documents will be solved. At a stage of the choice of the software product possibilities of development of the project regarding personnel document flow, integration with the accounting systems also made a reservation.
