The AMT Group company completed the works on creation of engineering infrastructure of a data processing center of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Private company, the press service of the company reported on June 17, 2013.

Project

Specialists of AMT Group and contract organizations executed complete amount of works, from creation of the concept and a detail design before installation, commissioning, delivery in production operation and the organizations of service maintenance of an object. Within the project the complex of the engineering systems required for functioning of DPC is created. Among them:

  • electric power supply system,
  • climatic system,
  • system of automatic gas fire fighting,
  • automated system of control of parameters of the environment (dispatching system),
  • system of the general and emergency lighting,
  • structured cabling system.

Distinctive feature of the project - high installed power per employee of an object, more than 4.5 kW/sq.m. The high density of placement of the equipment, small volumes of premises and technology passes demanded application of new design methods, including complete 3D - modeling of an object.

Details

Power supply of DPC is executed on two feeders with a possibility of mutual reservation, through the board AVR. As a source of back supply of the equipment of DPC the diesel generator is provided. The system of parallel UPSes of production of Liebert company with the external switch of a bypass serves as the compensator of failures of a power supply for the period of start of DGU or short-term losses of tension on an external feeder in configuration 3+1. Settlement power of an electric power supply system - 192 kW, the battery life of systems on joint stock bank at an overall load of an object is 30 minutes.

The conditioning system of DPC is constructed using the principle of "cold corridors" based on precision Liebert HIROSS conditioners. For maintenance of parameters of a microclimate on an object the cupboard and ceiling conditioners united in N+1 groups, for ensuring proper level of reliability are used. Conditioners are equipped with steam humidifiers for ensuring necessary humidity in DPC, and are integrated by electric heaters for implementation of an osushka of air in the serviced premises in a single network on management.

For scheduling and management of the engineering systems of an object in the regular and abnormal modes the automated system of control of parameters of the environment (SCPE) is created. A system exercises control of parameters of power supply and a microclimate, modes of functioning of the engineering systems and also collecting of operational and statistical information about work of the main engineering systems. SKPOS also exercises automatic control of the engineering systems of an object for the purpose of ensuring the greatest safety of data arrays in case of emergency situations as that the fire, flooding, the power supply termination, exceeding of temperature condition. SKPOS is constructed on microprocessor controllers of production Tour Andover Controls and works under control of SCADA of the Continuum Cyberstation system.

SCS of DPC integrates all communication and server racks of an object by means of the general fields of switching that in turn provides high flexibility and speed of connection of the IT equipment. By SCS it is constructed based on copper unshielded components of category 6 and fiber-optical components of production Siemon Company.

Automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing is intended for automatic detection of ignition in DPC, formation and signal transmission about a status and work of installations to the place of the round-the-clock watch of personnel and in SKPOS and also inclusions of means of gas fire extinguishing for creation of the concentration of fire extinguishing substance sufficient for localization and fire extinguishing in its initial stage in the protected premises without participation of people.

Reservation of principal components of the engineering systems allows to carry out maintenance of the systems of an object without stopping by DPC.

For June 17, 2013 an object is on service maintenance of AMT Group company.
